In January 2012 members of the AAPDEP International Executive Committee traveled to Sierra Leone to assess the projects started by our membership within the country. What was discovered was nothing short of amazing. Covering 5 towns and over 500 members, Sierra Leone has proven to be the stick to which all African self determination projects should be measured by.
